New Floor!

My townhome is coming along very well! All the painting is finally done, and the other day my dad, Carol and Tyler came over and helped put in the floor, it took a very long time and was a lot harder than I thought it would be! I will say that I think pulling up the old carpet and getting the floor ready for the wood was a lot harder and tedious than installing the new floor. We finished, though, and it looks great! Today I also got my carpet installed, so the place is starting to be a home! Just a few little details like the trim and hanging ceiling fans, and then I’m ready for the house warming party!

Exciting news! Today I purchased a townhome! I have been wanting to own a place to live for some time now, and I have finally gotten there! It is in south Lakewood, two story, 2 bed, 2 1/2 bath, so plenty of space for me, my ‘family’ (Seranno and Koda), and all of my fun stuff! It needs a little work to make it how I want it, new paint, new floors, etc, but I am working on it, and should be close to being done by mid-July! Even though it has been keeping me really busy, I have really enjoyed working on it. I will post pictures once it is done, so be sure to check back!
